My name is Heiko Gartenmeier,

Managing Director of VilaSan doo and passionate host of Villa Zora! This villa is not just a building for me, but a passion project born from my deep love for beautiful Croatia. Even on my first trips, I was captivated by the breathtaking nature, the clear blue sea, the Mediterranean climate, the delicious food, and above all, the warm-hearted people who make you feel truly welcome. The idea of creating my own holiday home here matured over many years, and after an exciting search, we found the perfect place, combining everything that makes for a dream vacation – tranquility, beauty, and joie de vivre. With great enthusiasm, attention to detail, and an eye for stylish, functional design, Villa Zora was created. Every room, every piece of furniture, every little detail was carefully selected to create a place where our guests feel completely at ease. We are constantly searching for new ideas to further develop the villa and make every stay unforgettable.
